<complete>All structural faults from the 1:50000 Kugler maps from digitized. Further interpretation of aerial photography and fieldwork were used to add additional structural features. The database is therefore 100 percent complete.</complete>

<horizpar>The structural faults were captured using on-screen digitizing from scans that were done at 600 dpi using Arcmap and R2V. The maps were georeferenced to +/- 5m misclosure of control points. At least 8 points were used in the georeferencing process. All digitizing was done at a enlarged scale of 1:10,000 to ensure that lines coincided very closely with the original map.</horizpar>

<procdesc>1:50000 map sheets were scanned at 600 dpi in Cassini projection, Clarke 1856 Spheriod. Maps georeferenced in the UTM projection, Naparima Datum using at least 8 control points using R2V. The rms error of georeferencing was kept to less than 5m per control point. The maps were then digitiized using R2V and ArcMap. Editing and topology were completed in ArcMap. Attributes were added using ArcMap. </procdesc>
